Victoria Beckham poses her way through New York Fashion Week

So, New York Fashion Week has come to a close (thanks for the insider coverage, MapleStyle!). And of course it couldn't come to a close without our very own Ambassador Of Style putting in a final appearance.

But sadly Kate Moss couldn't be there - so Victoria Beckham did the honours instead.

Posh turned up to the Marc Jacobs show on Friday night in a sparkling burgundy, backless number and a pair of killer Louboutins.

As the Daily Mail pointed out, the 'backless' element of this dress showed off a rather streaky fake tan - but then it was a slight improvement on Victoria's fashion offering earlier in the week, when she sported a Buddhist-monk style orange dress. iT was all very Zen, apart from the sunglasses and the matching shoes.

Victoria Beckham has all. The money. In the world. She can wear. Whatever. She. Likes.

So why, oh why...? Oh, I give up*.
