Another award for Charlize Theron - what a drag!

The Hollywood writers' strike may have scuppered the Grammys - but thank the Lord, the 2008 Hasty Pudding Theatricals Woman of the Year Parade is still going strong!

An annual event at Harvard University, the college chose to award actress Charlize Theron the top gong - and doesn't she look like she's having fun?

Like Paris Hilton yesterday, Charlize wore a sensible grey coat when she accepted her award at the college. Pretty lucky, actually - anything more exciting would probably have clashed with the lovely outfits of those two, er, ladies over there.

Although I have to say, I'm quite impressed - who would have known two Harvard students would have known about that autumn/ winter '07 trend for bows?

My mum was right - college boys are cute and brainy.

As long as you can look past the bright red blusher and deeley boppers...
