Dita Von Teese: a fan of high-maintenance flight wear

Here is Dita Von Teese at the airport, shunning in-flight comfort in favour of WW2 French Resistance glamour (only without the constant threat of being hauled in front of a firing squad).

That two-tone coat is just gorgeous, but the overall effect is sort of sinister. The severe 'do, the weird frameless glasses, the alarmingly rakish beret, the matching scarlet lips and talons...

I'm a little concerned that next time I look out of the window at night, her face will be staring back at me.

    Dita's appearance is always stunning and original.

    I don't think I ever seen her fail. She is real in her image and carries it with the greatest style.

    So rare today to find women of her caliber.
