Yes, that's flapper.

Not to be outdone by Amy Winehouse and her Bet Lynch scarf, Paris Hilton was spotted partying at the weekend - surprisingly - wearing a 1920s-style sequined bandana thingy.

Is this the start of some new celebrity craze in Hollywood? Or was Paris attending a fancy dress party? Well, it appears to be the former. Which is just as well - because a 1920s headscarf craze fits in very nicely with the 1920s string of pearl craze that seems to be sweeping celebrities right now, too.
