Kate Middleton: one of us

Here Kate is suffering from something with which I'm sure we can all identify. Namely, looking damn fine... until we put our coat on.

Her animal-print dress is so lovely it doesn't matter that she's wearing office-worker tights, and her hair has that shampoo-ad gloss of the terminally rich and / or famous.

But the coat is kind of... utility. Like she didn't buy it especially to go with her outfit, but put it on - gasp! - to keep the chill off.

It's almost - almost - as if she's a normal person. And that would never do.
