America Ferrera: make-up free and so not ugly

I have a leetle theory. It may not be supported by science, but I'm pretty confident it's a good'un. Here it is:

You can tell when a woman is truly at one with herself when she has a no make-up day but still does her hair.

I know. Insightful.

But look at Ugly Betty herself, on her way to lunch in West Hollywood and looking beautiful with glossy hair, a rather lovely wrap coat, cute ballet pumps and a covetable red, v on trend oversize bag.

And not a scrap of make-up.

Don't you think she looks enviably relaxed and in control?
