The X Factor: Niki's moment in time is over

Take a look at this picture The X Factor's Niki in a lovely frock - because it's probably the last one you'll see.

Yes, the warbling dinner lady from Birmingham is now sadly out of the show - meaning that it's now likely to be won by the scary monk from The Da Vinci Code, aka Rhydian.

But Niki gave it her all, singing first 'Songbird' (exactly like Eva Cassidy) and then 'One Moment In Time' (not quite like Whitney Houston). And at least she looked gorgeous and all J.Lo-like when she performed the latter. Although sadly that's where the similarity between their careers ends.

Right now I'm willing to place good money on Rhydian sporting a shiny grey suit; Ray - I mean, Leon - sporting a tux with the bow tie 'casually' undone; and Same Difference dressed as Tony Christie and Peter Kay singing 'Is This The Way To Amarillo'.
