Spice Girls help unveil the new Virgin Atlantic terminal

SpiceGirls_virgin.jpg Those Spice Girls, always lending a helping hand. Well, I suppose this could have something to do with Richard Branson naming a plane after them...

The Girls were in London for the unveiling at Heathrow Airport and didn't they look festive! I'm loving this block colour look they've been going for lately. Victoria looked polished as usual in a red satin dress and Louboutins. Geri took to winter white with a cute slouchy dress and what could only be called go-go boots. Mel B showed off her shape in a green frock. Emma rocked purple with a black cardi and a pair purple platforms.

Actually make that one purple platform. Emma is on crutches after spraining her ankle on stage in Las Vegas. But her injured foot still looked stylish with a bright red pedicure.

And then there was Mel C, the designated tomboy. The only thing remotely feminine about her outfit was the pink t-shirt. However, her pairing of a leather jacket, skull scarf, black skinny jeans (shock horror would ensue if ever we were to see her ankles) and lace ups is actually the most on-trend look of them all. Good on you Mel.

But behind this lovely and cosy front, there's always a behind the scenes. VH1 wouldn't be around without it. And soon we'll be able to hear the stories straight from the Girls themselves. Coming soon to BBC One is a documentary called Spice Girls: Giving You Everything that chronicles the girl power band from the beginning to today. Apparently all the Girls are quite candid.

I can't wait for this. All these pretty and perfect appearances have had me dying for a little dirt.
