Jamie Lynn Spears: pregnancy update

Wow, we were all rather stunned when Jamie Lynn Spears revealed she was pregnant with her boyfriend Casey Aldridge's baby on the cover of US OK! mag yesterday.

I know you lot are dying to know more - so you'll be pleased to know I've done a little digging to bring you the latest update in the Spears’ saga.

On the changes in her body, she told OK!:

"I think it's something that you just know how to do. As your body changes and all these things happen, I think it becomes natural to know what to do. I will have to be strong and do what's right. I'm sure it'll get hard at times. I'm sure I'll be grumpy. I have to remember in the end that I have to stand up and be strong.

I'm not showing, but some days I'm like: 'Wow, I feel like I'm showing today,' and Mom says: 'No you're not. Be quiet.' It's great to have her there. She is really supportive of me."

But maybe Lynne Spears won't be quite so supportive when she find out that the book she was due to release on ‘raising high-profile children while coming from a low-profile Louisiana community’ (catchy) has been postponed in the light of Jamie Lynn's news...

Meanwhile, in the elder Spears camp, Britney appears to be in denial of her sister's pregnancy. How do I know this? Apparently she's been shouting at photographers ‘My sister’s not pregnant!’.

Pretty clear, then.
