I'm A Celebrity: Cerys Matthews gushes about Marc Bannerman

Well, the season of I'm A Celebrity is over. The celebrities have all escaped the jungle, stopping only for one last photo call as a cast. Well, some of them at least.

After Christopher Biggins' win over the weekend a few of the contestants scrubbed up to get their picture taken. Among those missing? The elusive Marc Bannerman of course.

While Cerys didn't look bothered posing in a white and pink floral mini dress, red belt and cowboy boots, it's obvious that her rose-coloured glasses are perched firmly on her nose quite literally.

Marc and Cerys were getting cosy in the jungle, much to the dismay of his live-in girlfriend Sarah Matravers, but Marc failed to greet Cerys when she was voted out and for the finale. Cerys insists that she understood and that they've communicated privately. In an interview with News of the World she gushed, "I'm in love with Marc and I think he feels the same. I'd like us to spend the rest of our lives together."

We'll see what's next for the two, but Marc has admitted he "really enjoyed spending time" with Cerys and that it's "best to take things slowly". A little less enthusiastic than your flirtee there, Marc.

The budding romance could be more than just jungle fever after all. But be careful Cerys!
