Hope get the boot from The X Factor

That's it. Hope has run out. All Hope is gone. The X Factor is Hope-less.

Yes, girl band Hope have missed out on a place in the The X Factor semi-final. Just in case you hadn't got the gist from the above.

They got the boot last night - but what nice boots they were. Knee-high black stilettos, which they wore with these great Little Black Dresses for their second song of the night, a "rendition" of We Will Rock You.

But looking fabulous wasn't enough to save the day. What with this being a talent competition, and everything.

Still, I'm sure this won't be the last we see of these five lasses. Sadly, it might not be the last we see of Rhydian and Same Difference, either... but you can but Hope, can't you?
