Britney Spears celebrates her birthday with Paris Hilton - Part One

Britney Spears stepped out in, erm, style, for her birthday celebrations last night.

Wearing a Very Very Little Black Dress, black heels, black choker, white fur-lined jacket and big brown sunglasses - and leaning on at least one person for support - Britney and pals (including cousin Ali Sims here) hit a party in Beverly Hills.

But wait - because what's that in the background there? Could it be..? Why, yes, I do believe it's one Paris Hilton!

So what was she wearing? (Note the emphasis there - as opposed to Britney, who's more a case of "what was she wearing?"). Well, folks, watch this space for Part Two...

Shes a mental freak and needs to get a life instead of acting like someone whos escaped out of a mental clinic..
