Kylie Minogue promotes her new album X in a lovely LBD

The little black dress is probably one of the most universally flattering outfits, but Kylie here can make it look like an art.

Promoting her album in Berlin, she donned a simple-cut LBD with sparkly details and a fierce pair of black patent skating boots. All the accessories she needed were a couple of chunky rings, super-volumised hair and red lips.

Are Heather Mills and Kylie Minogue taking a page from the same make-up tips book? Or have they been checking out our Wanted: the perfect red lip list? Either way, I don't think that it's ever happened that these two have been spotted in the same look.

But Kylie will always come out on top won't she? She looks darling here. The only thing I have to wonder is, do the fishnets really work here? Surely a pair of black opaque tights would be a bit more chic.

But who am I to say? I don't have an album coming out or a hit single. So maybe I should be the one to invest in a pair of fishnets. Maybe. For now I'll be investing on downloading Kylie's album to channel her diva style. X is available online at the Nokia Music Store today.
