Is Amy Winehouse getting ready for Christmas in Miami?

Poor Amy Winehouse looked like she was going to catch her death of cold as she left her gig at the Hammersmith Apollo last night. Although thinking about it, that big beehive probably acts like a sort of hat, doesn't it? And we all know that we lose most of our body heat through our heads.

But I digress.

Because the reason I speculate about Amy's summery clothing - and it is a tangible link, to be sure - is that apparently her husband Blake Fielder-Civil has instructed her to spend Christmas in sunnier climes. To be precise: in Miami.

And why? Because according to today's Sunday Mirror, Blake - who is currently residing at Her Majesty's Leisure in Pentonville Prison - is likely to be spending Christmas behind bars, and has urged Amy to remember happier times by spending the holiday in the city where they married last year.

"Before he was remanded in the nick on charges of GBH and perverting the course of justice, he planned to take Amy to India for Christmas," reports the paper, matter-of-factly. "So the beehived singer has agreed to fly to Miami with pals immediately after Hanukkah celebrations with her Jewish parents Mitch and Janis."

Bless. So just remember that when you're slightly fed up of your family this Chrimbo, won't you? Things could be far worse. You could be Amy or Blake.
