What does troublemaker Amy Winehouse have in common with raunchy songstress Rihanna?

Well, aside from their hopelessly catchy songs, both have made it into Entertainment Weekly’s prestigious list of the Top 25 Entertainers of the Year.

Since she burst on to the scene this rainy summer with her hit Umbrella, Rihanna has been just as entertaining in the fashion department as the music. Mixing classically-cut dresses in bold colours and cool casuals, the 19-year-old has made a name for herself as a style icon.

Meanwhile, it’s been totally different story for Amy Winehouse. Her year has been plagued with troubles, from public rows with her husband to him getting arrested and put in prison. But despite her tumultuous personal life, she has still managed to attract a host of celebrity fans, including Prince and Elton John. Not to mention creating music which has been deluged with critical acclaim, and even managing to pick up a nomination for the Mercury Music Prize for her album Back to Black.

But perhaps her new respectable style may be a sign things are changing in Camp Winehouse?
