Alexa Chung pulls off granny chic
Excusing the ballet pumps that look like they've seen better days, Alexa Chung looked OSO cute at the Perrier and Paul & Joe Party, held at the Serpentine Gallery last night.
There's something about her newly bobbed hair do, smart blazer and Simon Cowell-esque hiked up shorts that remind me of a cross between a WI member and a Girl Scout. Oddly enough though, the whole look works.
Given that Alexa is a former model, she could probably don a mouldy old potato sack with matching onion necklace and still look good. Though she may whiff a bit.
