...and what better way to decide if your new wallpaper and curtains match than by wearing them both?

Yup, at the Valentino 45th Anniversary celebrations, Uma Thurman turned up looking like she had travelled via the soft furnishings department at John Lewis.

From the waist up (if you overlook the colour and the pattern of course) I quite like Uma's dress. The tight bodice with overlaying detail flatters her figure and draws attention to here slender waist.

Below that is a whole other story: the pointless layers look frumpy, old fashioned and, to be honest, pretty damn absurd.
