Kylie's boots are made for wearing. Twice

Rather like John Lewis, Kylie Minogue Never Knowingly Wears The Same Thing Twice. Not for her, the Kate Moss school of wearing one's favourite items to death. Oh no. Kylie loves nothing more than to don a new top/bottoms/dress and then presumably throw it away. Or possibly give it to her little sister Dannii.

So I was surprised - nay, shocked - to see The Antipodean One step out in the same boots two days running this week. Yes, running! And I was very impressed to see how well she demonstrated what to wear in this strange weather we're having lately.

Kylie was out in yesterday's sunshine, teaming her knee-high beige boots with white jeans, a pretty summery top and a silver bag. And just the evening before, when the weather was a little chillier, she teamed them with blue jeans, a black top and a gold bag. Thereby demonstrating the versatility of one's winter boots... and the necessity of having a metallic bag this season. I'm off to get one tomorrow as a direct result.
