Big Brother's first night: the fashion hits!

If, like most sane people, you only dip into Big Brother for the first night and eviction nights, part of the enjoyment is seeing what the contestants have chosen to wear for their big entrance/exit. Eleven Jade Goody wannabes entered the house last night - take a look at our pick and then tell us who you think looked best!

And first up: actress-slash-model Emily - who, being slim, blonde and 19, was able to chuck on a turquoise babydoll dress and heels, and look fab.

WAG wannabe and Sinitta lookalike Charley showed off an enviable figure in high-waisted denim shorts, an open white shirt and killer white peep-toe shoes.

One of only two older women in the group, WI member Lesley looked like everyone's slightly glamorous mum - perfectly pairing a white Chanel-esque jacket with black trousers and fab two-tone shoes.

As I mentioned earlier, housemate Chanelle is obsessed with Posh. Just in case you couldn't tell. Much as I can't stand La Beckham, however, I have to admit that Chanelle's dress and shoes here are gorgeous. D'oh!

She was cruelly dubbed one of the show's "beasts" on the front page of today's Sun - presumably because she weighs more than 8 stone - but I think Lesley looked great. She wore black brightened up with pink accessories - and a blue BB suitcase.

Nicky from Watford looks just like a girl I went to school with (Caroline Rogers, are you still out there?) - and like Emily, chose a very cute turquoise dress for her entry-night outfit.
