Ooh, how much do I love this outfit of Ellen Pompeo's? Lots, that's how much.

Ellen - better known as Meredith in Grey's Anatomy - teamed an Yves Saint Laurent top with Stella McCartney trousers, gorgeous Lanvin shoes and H.Stern bracelets for the ABC autumn preview event in New York (see what Eva Longoria wore here).

I just love it. And I'd be tempted to try it myself (using high street versions of the above, natch) - if only I was a slender, tanned, glamorous Hollywood actress, too. *Sob*.
