Kate's bizarro footwear

Any accusation that The World's Most Stylish Woman (Official) is stuck in a style rut can surely be borne out by this picture of La Moss leaving her north London home last night.

Kate was going out to dinner at The Oriental restaurant at The Dorchester Hotel - well, who doesn't on a Wednesday night? - and her outfit of choice for this occasion? A lovely grey satin skirt, a not-so-lovely grey vest top... and her favourite black Minnetonka suede boots (which, quite frankly, aren't looking quite so black these days). Are they permanently sewn on to her feet or something?
