So this young lady was out in the LA sunshine yesterday (getting a "mani-pedi" at Beverly Hills Nail Design). And with that hair, those shades, that black outfit - and that body language - you could be forgiven for thinking that it was Posh. But no, dear readers, it wasn't...

It was, in fact, Nicole Richie. Well, you could have knocked us - and her - down with a feather. And come to think of it - doesn't she look a lot like a young Pamela Anderson, too?
