First Kylie was doing it – and now Mischa Barton. Wearing a Chloe coat while carrying a Chloe bag, that is. Yes, Mischa is the latest celebrity to be inseparable from her quilted Bay tote bag – see also Keira Knightley and Jennifer Garner - and we’re loving the way she teams the new season’s swing jacket with skinny jeans. And an OsoCute puppy.
